Who we are

This policy describes how Skedadel ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use the Skedadel Customer App. Skedadel operates the marketplace at market.skedadel.co and related mobile applications.

Information we collect

• Account details such as name, email address, and phone number when you register or place an order.
• Delivery information including address, delivery notes, and order history.
• Payment-related metadata (we do not store full card numbers on our servers; card payments are processed by our payment partners).
• Device and app usage data needed to keep you signed in and to show order status.
• Optional location coordinates when you provide them for delivery.

How we use information

• Process and fulfil food orders from partner restaurants.
• Send order confirmations, delivery updates, and customer support messages.
• Improve the marketplace experience and prevent fraud or abuse.

Sharing with service providers

We share data only as needed to run the service, including with:

• Restaurants and stores fulfilling your orders.
• Skedadel Fleet (fleet.skedadel.co) for last-mile delivery and live tracking.
• Payment processors (for example PayGate or Stripe) when you pay online.
• Push notification providers when you opt in to alerts.
• Mapping and geocoding providers when addresses are validated or shown on a map.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order records may be retained for accounting and support purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure credential storage on mobile devices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your choices and rights

• You may update account details in the app or by contacting us.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information subject to legal and operational requirements.
• You can disable push notifications in your device settings.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
